A former Florida Everglades casino becomes a refugee camp for citizens displaced by Sea-Level-Rise. The blocks, streets, and monuments are configured as super-graphics; a perimeter residential wall protects the two neighborhoods. This master plan collage is an homage to Italian rationalist architecture and urbanism.
