A proposal for a temporary food and entertainment market in the Wynwood area of the City of Miami. Sponsored by the Master in Real Estate Development and Urbanism at the School of Architecture of the University of Miami, this project occupied a temporarily undeveloped site in one of the hottest real-estate market areas of Miami-Dade County. The site was configured on a traditional American grid system with food and entertainment activities happening in "Roman Tents" and/or within the newly created public spaces. A polycarbonate wall separated the market from its chaotic medium. The existing landscape became an amenity on the west side of the site.
