In the same tradition of Adolf Loos' Chicago Tribune Competition entry, this a concrete urban design intervention for Salt Lake City. The block proposal advocates the type of unitary urbanism in which modern planning techniques and art in public spaces are integrated. The meta-graphic writing is a rational comment on two conditions: the existing extra-large and the ideal block size.
