Located on Biscayne Park, in the City of Miami, this public space memorial brings awareness of the most pressing environmental issues faced by coastal communities around the world. This project is a commentary on the effects of sea-level-rise: it provides a public auditorium and a stage on the rooftops of the archaeological remains of the former city.
