A radical adaptive project containing a counterproposal to Le Corbusier’s Plan Voisin (c. 1925) and Ludwig Hilberseimer’s plan for a High-Rise City (c. 1924). This project houses approximately 250,000 people within one square mile and provides a variety of neighborhood units and autonomous/adaptable multi-family and single family blocks where everything needed for daily living is found at walking distance.
